By purchasing an admission ticket, you agree to all the following terms and conditions:

1. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS, EVEN IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER. If you are unable to use your ticket, you may sell or transfer it to another guest.

2. Must be 21+ to enter.

3. Leeds Farm, LLCWaiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

I agree to the following Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (“Agreement”) with Leeds Farm, including all dba’s and affiliated entities related to Leeds Farm (“Leeds Farm”) as a condition for allowing me entry to participate in any or all of the following: zip line, hayride/wagon ride, animal areas, slides, jumping activities, low ropes course, tree house and all other attractions or activities offered by Leeds Farm. Any of these activities, individually and collectively, are referred to in this Agreement as “The Activities.”

I also enter into this Agreement on behalf of my guests and agree that all parts of this Agreement shall apply to them (“I” and “my” shall collectively refer to myself and my guests. I acknowledge that by bringing guests, I am and agree to be the Responsible Party.

IT IS AGREED TO AS FOLLOWS:
I have requested to participate in any or all The Activities and certify that I do not have any physical condition that would interfere with or limit my ability to participate in The Activities.
Risks.I understand that participation in The Activities involves risks, whether inherent or due to the negligence of others, including the risk of serious bodily injury, disfigurement, or death arising from my actions, the actions of others, or conditions at Leeds Farm.

Waiver/Release/Indemnification.I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at Leeds Farm (“The Activities”), whether known or unknown, including risks arising from my actions, the actions of others, or conditions of the premises. By completing this purchase, I agree for myself and all individuals associated with me to release, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Leeds Farm and its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries, including illness or death, arising from participation in The Activities or any visit to the property, now or in the future.
